Holy Cats - I Really Dropped the Ball

Back in August of last year I started work on a bracelet box for myself.  I did several production shots and blogged a bit on it, but it's come to my attention I never posted the finished work.

So here it is:

I wanted it to look like a bunch of bracelets, piled and woven together on the top.  I really like how it came out.  I'm glad I finally remembered to take pictures of it.

More later - that's my story and I'm stickin' to it.

  1. Holy cats, it's beautiful. I mean, really beautiful.

  2. OMG I am blown away! That's all I can say! Ok maybe OMG again!

  3. This is stunning. You are a huge inspiration to me, I love your free form bead work. I love the way you have incorporated so many different elements like the beach glass and the bear totems, the muted colors. Fantastic! How big is it? It looks like it would only be as big as a altoid tin but I'm sure it is much larger than that especially when I see the insides. Good work!

  4. Thanks, guys!
    @ Jan: It's about 7" x 5" x 1.5" - I put my favorite bracelets in there.

  5. just beautiful..absolutely beautiful! workmanship, as always, is top notch!
